I know there are tons of platforms to produce an AI driven resume, cover letter, questions, etc. However, at Ann B Consulting, we focus on teaching the basics so that you can develop on your own overtime. We encourage AI usage as a tool but not to solely depend on it – this reasoning is because while companies are heavily utilizing  AI WITHIN their organizations, some may turn away AI resumes. So, pay attention when applying to said jobs and review any of their AI usage policies. They may not have one but after attending several workforce development events in the past and currently, several hiring managers (not all), are tired of AI resumes. I want you to know how to create one on your own and how to use it to ENHANCE your value in it. Some job applications may have an AI terms and agreement page in order to progress through applications. 

In this new job market, using AI tools is always helpful however, companies are realizing that employees should understand mechanisms and processes as whole to enhance and adjust AI based processes.
